set my scores to colleges i applied at
the one i wanna go to sent me a letter today
saying they are missing my act/sat scores
and that my application is pending because of that
i refuse to pay $9 to send them another copy of my scores.

and they have record of the college receiving them

If you really want to go there, nine dollars is a drop in the bucket compared to the total cost of going to college. I really wouldn't think twice about re-sending the scores if it's your top pick.

Agreed. It's even less than the cost of a pizza from Dominos, and with far more to gain than just a day's worth of food. Pony up and send it in if you feel that place is right for you...-blam!- happens sometime, and nobody guaranteed the road to college would be easy.

it's ridiculous that i've payed well over $200 for applications and taking tests to just get in.
but i'm going to talk to my guidance counselor first before i do anything.
plus, maybe they just haven't opened all of their mail yet.

You are completely right that everything should be electronic these days. Unfortunately, universities are far from being the most efficient or innovative business entities in the world. If there is any good at all to be had out of all these higher education budget cuts, it is that universities will have to become more efficient, streamlined and competitive.</tangent>
